Libraries across Pennsylvania are invited to participate in Chat with a Librarian’s (CWAL’s) collaborative virtual reference service, serving the information needs of all residents of the Commonwealth. As part of your participation, your library will receive its own CWAL queue and local virtual reference service. In exchange, your library will contribute time to the CWAL statewide service, answering questions from patrons and residents across the state.
