Virtual Reference Training Queue

Practicing in LibAnswers

To practice:

From the Virtual Reference Training LibGuide, open the For Library Users --> Chat Widget page in a new browser tab.

In your original browser tab, navigate to the For Librarians section and open the LibAnswers Login page in a new browser tab

Log into LibAnswers and navigate over to LibChat.

In your Chat Widget browser tab, fill out the chat widget and yet another browser tab, open the LibGuide to the User page and click the Start Chat button.

In your LibChat browser tab, claim your test chat and begin working through your practice chat session - navigating between your tabs as needed to see both end of the conversation.

If needed, refer back to your original tab for the LibAnswers/LibChat instructions.
