Access Pennsylvania is the coordinated interlibrary loan consortium of the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and the Office of Commonwealth Libraries (OCL) and it follows the PA Interlibrary Loan Guidelines (2019) / PA Interlibrary Loan Procedures Manual (2011).
The Access PA Catalog is constantly being updated and as of May 2023, the union catalog is comprised of 7.3M titles and contains nearly 39M holdings in total, from both the union catalog and the z targets.
Currently, more than 800 public, school, academic, and special collections libraries participate in the Access Pennsylvania ILL program.
